Our basic design package will provide you with a concept design and formal drawing package which will allow you to visualise and communicate the project and submit for Planning Permission when you’re ready.
Equally useful for self-builders familiar with the planning process or DIYers on a budget who are willing to give it a go.

Once planning is achieved we can take the drawings one step further with specification notes ready for submission for Building Regulations Approval.

We provide a comprehensive design package that includes access to an individual file portal so all deliverables are in one place.
We conduct in person design presentations and handle the whole planning process.

We offer a design + build service which means we handle the technical and interior design and coordinate the construction information and procurement side by side.
This process often begins during the planning stage which means we can get the project on site much faster than the traditional process and means you avoid the additional risk, cost and headaches of preparing tender drawings and finding a builder.

For projects that require our fill service we provide an additional layer of detail to our designs. We create a 3D digital walkthrough of the proposals and carry out a detailed budget analysis ahead of submitting a planning application.

If you need a traditional Architect we can fulfil that role. We’ll produce a technical design and information package, manage tender procedures and administer the building contract.
